Consultation fees
- Initial consultation: £75 (approx. 60 minutes)
- Follow-up consultation: £35 (approx. 30 minutes)
Herbal Medicines (Excludes any postage, if applicable)
Bespoke Tinctures: £11 per 100 ml
Bespoke Herbal Tea: £11 per 100g
Payment Terms and Conditions
Consultation fees are payable in advance of the scheduled appointment.
For online consultations: Following the appointment, an invoice for any prescribed herbal medicine will be emailed to you. Payment is required before any prescription is dispensed.
Cancellations

72+ hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule

Less than 72 hours’ notice: 50% of consultation fee charged

No notice / non-attendance: no refund
Managing expectations
Herbal medicine is a supportive, individualised approach and outcomes can vary between people. While I aim to provide careful, personalised recommendations to support your health and wellbeing, no treatment can guarantee a cure.
Herbal medicine is intended to complement conventional medical care, not replace it. I encourage you to maintain open communication with your GP or specialist and to seek their guidance for any serious, worsening, or urgent symptoms.
If you have acute or severe symptoms, please seek prompt medical attention via your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.
A note on suitability
If your needs are primarily educational or lifestyle-focused (e.g. stress, sleep, digestion foundations), a workshop or group programme may sometimes be a more appropriate first step. I’m happy to advise on the best route.
